Analysis
Before starting out, the project manager analyzes the specific features of the job and identifies any problem areas. Only then are the team members selected.
Production
After choosing the production team, the project manager prepares the documents and transmits them to the team. He/she then acts as an interface between the customer and the team in order to solve any problems that may arise.
Review
After receiving the final files, the project manager carries out a dual review, one for accuracy, thoroughness and coherence, and the other for style and effectiveness, while interfacing with the client and the team. The job is then given a final check for overall quality.
